The idea of Aurora Catering came to life observing the territory and discovering the sensations it caused. In this territory we have found our lifeblood and in these flavors we have recognized the secret ingredient that makes unique an event.

We are committed to making every moment unforgettable, combining tradition with refined and innovative details We think that every event is a work of art, that’s why we shape unique moments to share with your most important people.
Staff
Our events would not be so successful without an experienced and qualified team always engaged in the planning. We believe in the “continuous training” and our staff is constantly trained by the best chefs and pastry chefs and continuously supported by stand builders, certified wedding planners and professional waiters. Anyone who observes our team can notice the perfect synergy that ensures the success of each ceremony. There’s nothing better than an enthusiastic group of people that cooperate for a common goal: creating unforgettable experiences for our customers.
Social responsability
All our activities are strictly linked to the Tuscan territory. We love our land and we are aware that our products preserve their genuineness only if we are all committed for the environmental Protection. Periodically we check the generated emissions and our certifications prove it. We are in the first line for the new initiative of “food wasting”, that allows us to retrieve the leftover food and donate it to no profit association. Every year we devolve the 3% of our turnover to no profit associations dislocated on our territory because we think that a real change in society can be triggered by acting together. Sharing is the heart of our activity, for this reason we support all the initiatives of associations active in the social sector to give our small contribution as community members.
